Mehul Gaglaani - Founder
A maverick in finance and leadership, his life is a living example that nothing is permanent except your character. A qualified Chartered Accountant and an MBA in Finance and Marketing, Mehul started his career with the big Four companies. Over a period of time, he also gained significant experience in network marketing where he built a team of 15,000+ members spread across 30 countries.
Being an expert at experiential mentoring, he specializes in designing programs that aim at the overall growth of the business by building capacity in human resources though experiential learning.
Akash Katawati - Co Founder
A practicing lawyer at the Bombay High Court, Akash is an alumnus of the prestigious ILS Law College, Pune and has extensive experience working with corporates. His expertise lies in the creation of legal structures for organisations which includes creation of policies, statutory compliances, contract management, documentation and Intellectual property management. He has advised various MNC’s and has been instrumental in driving legal frameworks within organisations as well as managing their litigation. He has also mentored thousands of young law students who revere him.
Aishwarya Raj - Co Founder
A qualified Psychologist and a trained expressive art therapist, Aishwarya has studied human behavior like no other. Her work took her to places and exposed her to different leadership roles. She had curated content for brands like Crocs India & Hennessy. Additionally she has managed CSR projects for HCL technologies & Toyota finances leading the content, monitoring and evaluation teams. As an events head, she has also curated and conducted various large-scale events.
